1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing our website, clicking on our advertisements (including ads served on third-party platforms such as Meta / Facebook / Instagram and TikTok), texting “JOIN” to our SMS number, or participating in any Snap Surveys activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (snapsurveys.org/privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Our Service
   Snap Surveys is a market-research platform that pays participants a small reward to complete short surveys about local brands and businesses. We connect brands seeking consumer feedback with real people willing to share their opinions. Snap Surveys is not an employer, staffing agency, or job board. Participation in surveys is an ad-hoc, voluntary paid research activity and does not constitute employment, a job offer, an independent-contractor engagement, or any guarantee of ongoing work or income.
3. Not an Employment Offer
   Any advertisement, landing page, SMS message, or communication from Snap Surveys — including ads served on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, or elsewhere — is an invitation to participate in paid market research and is not a job posting, recruitment ad, employment offer, or opportunity for professional certification, education, or housing. Snap Surveys does not target its ads based on age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic in a way that would restrict access to employment, housing, credit, education, or other opportunities covered by anti-discrimination laws. No employer-employee relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship is created between you and Snap Surveys or its business clients by your participation in a survey. You are not entitled to wages, benefits, tax withholding, workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, or any other employment protection by virtue of participating.
4. Eligibility
   To participate in our surveys, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside in the United States
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Have a valid payment handle to receive rewards (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, CashApp)
• Not be prohibited by law from participating

5. SMS Communication & Consent
   By texting “JOIN” to our published SMS number, you expressly consent to receive recurring survey invitations and related messages via SMS/text from Snap Surveys. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on survey availability.

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all messages
• Reply HELP for support information
• Your consent is not a condition of purchase or participation
• We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing

6. Survey Participation
   When participating in surveys, you agree to:

• Provide honest and thoughtful responses
• Complete surveys to the best of your ability
• Not submit fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or automated responses
• Not use bots, scripts, or other automated tools
• Not create multiple accounts, identities, or use another person’s payment handle

7. Rewards and Payment
   Rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• Reward amounts are stated per survey at the time of the survey; a typical amount is $5 per successfully completed survey
• Rewards are provided as compensation for a completed research response and are not wages, salary, or other employment compensation
• Rewards are typically processed within 24–48 hours of a validated survey completion
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payment for incomplete, fraudulent, low-quality, or duplicate responses
• Supported payment methods may change; we currently support Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp
• Survey availability, quantity, and reward amounts are not guaranteed and may vary based on demand and eligibility
• You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on rewards you receive; Snap Surveys does not withhold taxes

8. Advertising, Promotions & Platform Disclosures
   We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, and other networks. Our ads describe the general nature of our service. Specific survey availability, payout timing, and total earning potential may vary. Any amounts referenced in an ad reflect a typical per-survey reward and do not constitute a guarantee of total or ongoing earnings. Snap Surveys is solely responsible for its service, ads, and this website. Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Taboola, Inc./Taboola.com Ltd., and any other advertising platform or publisher on whose properties our ads appear are not sponsors of, endorsers of, or affiliated with our surveys, rewards, or promotions. Any promotion we run is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Taboola. The appearance of our ad on a third-party website through a content-recommendation widget does not indicate any relationship or affiliation between us and that website. If you reached this site by clicking a recommendation or advertisement served through a third-party network, your use of that network is governed by that network’s own terms and policies — for example, Taboola’s Terms of Service (taboola.com/policies/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (taboola.com/policies/privacy-policy). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, widgets, or advertisements linked to or from our pages, and you access them at your own risk. We are responsible for the accuracy and legality of our own ad creative and landing pages, and we run our campaigns in accordance with the advertising policies of the platforms we use (including Taboola’s Advertising Policies and Meta’s Advertising Standards). 9. Intellectual Property
   All content, branding, trademarks, and materials on Snap Surveys are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission. Survey questions and content are the property of Snap Surveys and/or our business clients. By submitting survey responses, you grant Snap Surveys a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and analyze those responses in aggregated or anonymized form for market-research purposes.
10. User Conduct
    You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, or location
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to access our systems or data without authorization
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Share survey content publicly or with third parties

11. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. Any pending rewards may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
    Snap Surveys is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of our services, nor do we guarantee any specific number of surveys, level of earnings, or opportunity to participate.
13. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap Surveys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of rewards, data, or goodwill.
14. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
