   Snap Surveys (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a market-research service that connects consumers with short paid surveys about local brands. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, interact with our advertisements on third-party platforms (including Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, and others), or participate in our surveys via SMS or other channels. 2. Information We Collect
   We may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address
• Demographic data: Age, gender, general location, household information
• Survey responses: Answers, feedback, and opinions you provide
• Payment information: Payment handle needed to deliver your reward (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp)
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interaction timestamps
• Advertising and measurement data: Ad click identifiers (including the Taboola click identifier, tblci) and event data from advertising platforms including the Meta Pixel / Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram), the TikTok Pixel, and the Taboola Pixel, used to measure and optimize ad performance
• SMS/messaging data: Phone number and message content when you text us to join or participate in surveys

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or information revealing race, religion, sexual orientation, trade-union membership, or political opinions.

3. How We Collect Information
   We collect information through:

• Direct interactions: When you text “JOIN,” submit a form, complete a survey, or contact us
• Automated technologies: Cookies, pixels, SDKs, and tracking scripts on our website and landing pages, including the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Taboola Pixel
• Third-party advertising platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, and similar platforms may share click-level or event data with us so we can measure campaign performance

4. How We Use Your Information
   We use the information we collect to:

• Send you survey invitations and communicate about your participation
• Process and deliver your survey rewards
• Improve our services, website, and user experience
• Measure, attribute, and optimize the performance of our advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Taboola, and other platforms
• Aggregate and anonymize data for market-research reports provided to business clients
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate submissions

5. Advertising Pixels & Measurement Partners
   We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, and other networks. To measure and improve those campaigns we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, along with comparable tools from other ad platforms. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited on our site, and actions you take (for example, submitting a form or texting “JOIN”). Where required, information shared with Meta is hashed before transmission. Meta acts as an independent data controller for the data it receives through the Pixel and Conversions API and processes that data in accordance with its own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. You can opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly at optout.aboutads.info (US) or youradchoices.ca (Canada).

Taboola
We use the Taboola Pixel on this website to record page views and conversion events (for example, when you tap a “Get $5 For A Survey” button) so we can measure and optimize the campaigns we run on the Taboola network. The pixel may collect your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and a Taboola click identifier (tblci) appended to our landing page URL when you arrive from a Taboola ad. We do not send survey responses, message content, or payment details to Taboola. Taboola acts as an independent controller for the data it receives through its pixel and processes it under its own Privacy Policy (taboola.com/policies/privacy-policy), Cookie Policy (taboola.com/policies/cookie-policy), and Terms of Service (taboola.com/policies/terms-of-service). Taboola is a member of the NAI, DAA, DAAC, EDAA, and the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (vendor 42). 6. SMS & Text Messaging
   By texting “JOIN” to our number, you consent to receive survey-related text messages from Snap Surveys. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at snapsurveys.org/contact. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or the contents of your SMS messages to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
7. Sharing Your Information
   We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share data as follows:

• Aggregated research data: Anonymized and aggregated survey results may be shared with business clients. Individual identifiable responses are never shared without your explicit consent.
• Service providers: Payment processors, hosting providers, SMS providers, and analytics tools that help us operate our business, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Advertising partners: Limited event data (such as hashed identifiers, click identifiers, and conversion events) may be shared with Meta, TikTok, Taboola, and similar platforms for ad measurement and optimization. Depending on your jurisdiction, this sharing may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA. You may opt out at any time — see Section 9.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
   Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve functionality, analyze traffic, and measure advertising effectiveness. 11. Children’s Privacy
    Our services and advertisements are directed only to individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
12. Nature of Our Service (Not Employment)
    Snap Surveys is a paid market-research opportunity. Participating in a survey does not create an employment relationship, independent-contractor engagement, offer of employment, or promise of ongoing work between you and Snap Surveys or any of our business clients. Rewards are provided as compensation for completed survey responses only. Any ads we run — including on Meta platforms — are advertisements for a market-research opportunity and are not job postings or recruitment ads.
13. International Users
    Our services are intended for users located in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
